Our partner is a fast-growing travel agency based in Dubai, ready to scale Italian market. To support this exciting journey, we are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to build strategic partnerships across Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand partnerships with travel agencies across the globe
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Prepare commercial offers, documentation, and follow-ups
- Actively contribute to the development of new markets and opportunities

Key Requirements:
- Proven international experience as a Sales Manager in the tourism sector
- University degree in Tourism or related field
- Fluent English (B2/C1 level)
- Has a database of travel agencies across Italy and the know-how to scale in the market.
