Responsibilities
Based on the product performance, functional configuration, and global positioning of the company's products, combined with the market landscape of relevant segments in Italy, extract local selling points for the products and compile product training materials.
Support the brand's success, benchmarking the positioning of Chinese automotive enterprises in Italy and shaping corporate image, refine a local positioning suitable for our brand's global positioning and European strategy, and develop brand training materials.
In line with the product launch plan, coordinate and develop a comprehensive training program for new product launches targeting nationwide distributor sales personnel.Lead the implementation of the new product launch training program, serving as a trainer (sales coach) to conduct training for distributor sales personnel, ensuring the training courses are easy to understand.
Analyze and summarize the achievement of product launch training plans for various products, formulate terminal sales skills enhancement plans, and lead the implementation.
Requirements
3 or more years of experience in nationwide terminal sales training in Italy, proficient in major Italian dialects/accents, and fully grasp the differences in culture, customs, and communication techniques across various regions of Italy.Possess comprehensive hands-on experience in launching new product categories in Italy (including courseware development, training plan, training implementation, and quality management). Priority will be given to cases involving both new product categories and new brands.
Master the comprehensive demographic profile of sales personnel in Italian dealers, understand their thought processes and lifestyle preferences, and be able to evoke emotional resonance and learning interest among trainees during the training.
Experience in Chinese/Japanese/Korean automotive companies is preferred.
