Il candidato ideale avrà le seguenti responsabilità e obiettivi:
Aims of the job:Support the global R&D function to develop new technologies in leather coating, based on business requirements and under the supervision and guidance of R&D managers.Become a reference for internal leather technicians and customers in the chemical knowledge of new products.Become a scientific reference for the use of laboratory equipment.Help troubleshoot existing technologies in the portfolio for both technical operations and customers.Functional and task descriptionDevelop new compounds and carry out the first application tests in collaboration with leather technicians.Define the quality control parameters of new products.Support technical operations in the scale up of new technology or in production transfer projects.Qualify new raw materials in raw material exchange projects.Train techniciansParticipate in customer trial visits.
Competenze ed esperienza
Education,experience and skills:
PhD in Chemistry ormaster's degree(Dottorato o Laurea Magistrale)
Preferably knowledge of polymer chemistry
Preferably knowledge of formulation chemistry
Excellent knowledge of English
Ability to work in a team and collaborate even in an international environment
