About the jobYour mission will be to create, develop, make profitable and sustain what will be your own Business Unit by being the main decision maker on the operational and strategic side.To do this, you will operate on a daily basis in five main areas: Business & Strategy Coordination of your business unitDefine the development strategy of your Business Unit and monitor its KPIsDiversify the implementation of existing and future servicesNegotiate and write structured technical and financial commercial proposalsPlan, prepare and lead client meetingsPrepare and lead qualification meetings between clients and your Business Unit consultantsPlan regular project reviews and follow-up meetings and ensure timely delivery of project reports Customer relationship management Monitor your clients' activities in order to anticipate needs and win new projectsStrengthen existing partnerships with clients and develop new onesManage the legal and contractual aspects of opening new accountsMaintain a unique and tailor-made relationship with your key account clients Financial management Manage the P&L of your business unit independentlyProvide advanced P&L analysis, identify potential problems and develop an action plan to optimise turnover and contribution marginManage invoicing Management Participate in the construction of the annual business plan and the objectives to be achievedSupport and monitor your team by developing the skills of each individualChallenge and propose initiatives, existing processes and projects to be implemented Human ResourcesParticipate in the recruitment and management of a team of consultants (sourcing, interviewing, reporting, contract signing, etc.)Monitor the career development of the team (role allocation, evaluation, involvement of key people, etc.)Manage and anticipate inter-contract situations with appropriate solutions About youWe are looking for senior profile with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to take on new challenges with the following elements: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Manager/Business Engineer in our key sectors, with first knowledge in Engineering and Information System & DigitalYou want to work in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driverYou have a Bachelor's degree in business or engineeringYou speak fluent English and local languageMastery of Generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day to day activity "Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
