Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Engineer
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Engineer to join our team and support the development, deployment, and sustainment of complex systems throughout their entire lifecycle. The ideal candidate will contribute to the definition and execution of logistic support strategies, ensuring system maintainability, reliability, availability, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and maintenance of ILS documentation, plans, and procedures
- Conduct Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) to identify support requirements for new or modified systems
- Define and analyze maintenance concepts, including preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
- Contribute to spare parts analysis, provisioning lists, and life cycle cost evaluations
- Support the development of technical publications and maintenance manuals (IETMs/IETPs)
- Interface with design engineering to ensure maintainability and supportability are integrated in the product architecture
- Perform RAMT (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Testability) assessments to optimize operational performance
- Collaborate with procurement, production, quality, and training teams to ensure alignment of support strategies
- Monitor obsolescence risks and propose mitigation plans
- Support customer meetings, system reviews, and certification activities related to logistic support

Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or equivalent)
- Previous experience or academic background in ILS, logistics engineering, or system supportability
- Familiarity with LSA methodologies and standards (e.g., MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007, S3000L)
- Knowledge of RAMT or RAMS analysis techniques and standards (e.g., MIL-HDBK-217)
- Good understanding of technical documentation and maintenance planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP/PLM tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in defense, aerospace, transportation, or energy sectors
- Familiarity with tools/databases for obsolescence management
