Responsibilities
  • Develop sales plans based on sales targets and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Recruit, manage, and train local partners, and be responsible for distributors achieving their annual targets.
  • Conduct research on trade policies, industry demands, and competitors' strategies in the assigned region.
  • Coordinate project execution, take responsibility for final outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Background in communications electronics or industrial automation; experience in the same industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience in project sales or overseas sales is preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally on short-term or long-term assignments as required by the job.
  • Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, willingness to communicate, and proficiency in collaborating with others.
  • English and Italian can be used as working languages.
