Job Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for the daily operations and project delivery of overseas renewable energy electrical business, ensuring efficient and compliant execution.
Lead the operations team, optimize processes, including supply chain coordination, resource allocation, risk management, and application of digital tools.
Oversee the full lifecycle of renewable energy electrical projects in overseas markets, from planning and technical support to implementation and delivery, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
Track and improve operational performance KPIs (e.g., project delivery rate, system efficiency, cost control).
Handle local compliance matters in overseas regions, including energy regulations, environmental standards, and grid connection coordination.
Collaborate closely with the Group COO, regularly reporting on operational progress, performance indicators, and strategic optimization recommendations.
Promote the implementation of best practices in the renewable energy electrical industry, focusing on trends such as smart grids and energy storage integration.
Provide full-cycle operational support, including system monitoring (SCADA), performance optimization, and operations & maintenance plan development.
