Business Development Manager

Job Description

This role involves frequent travel (2-3 days per week) to:

• Develop new retail partners
• Collaborate with existing retail partners to increase sales and improve channel visibility by:
• Monitoring purchase, sell-out, and inventory data.
• Planning and executing marketing and promotional activities.
• Visit key IMOU retail partners and shops to negotiate local deals and provide tools to boost sales (e.g., marketing materials and training).
• Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness through brand launches, product reviews, and influencer partnerships.
• Conduct market research to gather competitive insights and develop strategies to stay ahead.

• Experience in retail store management and operations.
• Knowledge of procurement procedure of major distributors and retailers.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in CES/DIY channels; Smart Home experience is a plus.
• Strong market insights, planning, and business analysis skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; fluency in English.
• Passion for new technology and the Smart Home industry.
• Comfortable with frequent travel.
