The role
The role ensures governance, consistency, and quality of key HR policies and initiatives at group level, within a multi-brand and international environment. It reports to the CHRO and coordinates the HR Cost Controller.
Main Mission Ensure alignment of HR policies across brands. Provide common tools, data, and methodologies to HR teams. Manage cross-functional HR projects acting as a PMO. Oversee compensation, employer branding, HR communication, and analytics.Areas of Responsibility Compensation Governance: define and update cross-brand C&B policies. Coordinate compensation processes such as salary reviews, MBO, and LTI. Employer Branding: develop and implement employer branding strategies to support attraction and retention; plan and manage communication campaigns by activating new channels (e.g. social media). HR Communication: oversee corporate and cross-brand internal communication activities (town halls, contact meetings, etc.). HR Analytics & Reporting: develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and quarterly reports.
Act as HR PMO, ensuring governance and progress of cross-functional projects. Support and coordinate initiatives and guidelines related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Wellbeing. Job Architecture & Org Design: support the definition and maintenance of job architecture and organizational design.Requirements
University degree (Economics, Law, or Humanities).7–10 years of experience in cross-functional HR roles (C&B preferred).
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
Experience in international and multi-brand environments.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Fluent English. Location: Milan
