Active in more than 40 Countries, the Company specializes in Industry, Product and Asset knowledge, particularly in the Transportation, Industrial Equipment and Technology Markets. For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:

The ideal candidate is a professional with at least 2 years of experience ina similar role within the banking, financial sectors. We are seeking an employee that can support the Account Managers and Commercial Channels in day-by-day activities linked to the new requests and upload them into the IT system.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Account Managers and the Commercial Channels in their operating activities
• Upload leasing requests and related info into the company's IT system
• Check of the pre-contractual documentation useful for the analysis and AML procedures
• Collaborate with other internal offices for the on-boarding process of new commercial channels
• Periodically perform AML checks on the commercial channels
• Prepare business report for commercial channels
• Contribute to the improvement of business processes and the update the relevant procedures

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Previous experience in front / back office, in financial or banking or insurance sector
• Knowledge of the leasing sector, banking regulations and document management.
• Knowledge of Italian and European Anti Money Laundering regulations.
• Good proficiency with management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills and deadline management
