Sales Support Manager – MOLM & MONM
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be a sales support specialist preparing offers for the Large Motors and Generators Italian sales organization providing the best technical and commercial solutions on ABB products and applications.We are growing our Sales Support Team and are therefore looking for a new team member to join us in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy.
You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical and commercial proposals for the assigned products and support sales organization and customers in the tendering process.
You have an eye for detail and the capacity to see the big picture, knowing how to combine the perfect design from standard to highly innovative solutions.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from the sales team about large motors products.
- Determining the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and addressing complex inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring the achievement of organization targets.
- Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned products.
- Making sure customer requirements for offered products are fulfilled.

Qualifications for the role- Preferable earlier work experience in a similar role (tendering).
- Ideally, you have knowledge of electrical motors.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Management with technical experience.
- You have excellent communication skills, a strong customer oriented approach and you are inclined to work in a team.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
