We are looking for a Sales Director (Remote, Freelance) with at least 5 years of experience in digital and creative environments. A professional who can combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution: confident in managing client relationships, coordinating a team, and, when needed, jumping in to craft impactful proposals, decks, and presentations.

This role requires a strong mix of sales, client relations and new business development skills.

  • You are a natural client partner, with experience leading ongoing retainers and projects from successful delivery to long-term growth.
  • You know how to transform agency proposals into compelling offers, bringing together the elements needed to win.
  • You enjoy working on upselling initiatives, identifying and executing opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
  • You thrive in new business contexts, from preparing proposals to meeting potential clients, and you’re eager to keep developing this area of your career.
  • You have a solid project management background, with experience handling medium to large-scale digital and creative projects.
  • You can coordinate junior figures while also rolling up your sleeves when needed.
🎯 Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1–C2 level).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, client services or account management in a digital or creative agency.
  • Strong ability to manage and grow client partnerships.
  • Experience in preparing impactful proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Strong upselling mindset with proven ability to identify new opportunities.
  • Familiarity with remote work.
  • Hands-on attitude, able to both lead and execute when necessary.
