Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager, up to €60,000, car/car allowance + 15% revenue based bonus
Location: Italy/Western Europe
We are seeking a self-motivated, commercially minded and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across Italy, Spain and Western Europe.
This is a pivotal, high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term relationships and act as a trusted expert in printing solutions.The ideal candidate has experience selling within the electronics / technology solutions across large territories in a matrix, corporate environment.
As Business Development Manager you will:
- Represent the brand in a professional, proactive and ethical manner, aligned with core values
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including RFP responses and contract negotiations
- Deliver revenue and growth targets aligned with annual business objectives
- Develop and execute your own territory strategy and business plan
- Identify, onboard and manage new distributors, VARs, resellers and key customers
- Drive strategic sales opportunities and expand market share within the territory
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, taking corrective action where required
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to refine sales approach
- Promote products and solutions through presentations, demonstrations and customer engagements
Experience required as a Business Development Manager:
- Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the printing industry
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate effectively beyond price
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently while consistently achieving targets
- Experience working with integrators, resellers or channel partners
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the territory, including overnight and international travel
