YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESResponding to the CHRO, take care of HR systems and procedures' standardization and integration, in compliance with the company guidelinesImplement and manage HR processes (local structures, policies, guidelines) in all locations in Europe and support people managers and employees in following themEnsure compliance with national legislation and company policies, as well as the punctual and correct execution of payroll Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions and conflict resolutionSupport the business in line with the HR strategy and strive for optimal performance and wellbeing of all employeesCollaborate in creating and managing resource plans/budgets, by optimizing employment cost in line with people plansDrive, support and influence the HR processes and participate in optimizing them such as performance management, talent management, learning&developmentIdentify critical areas and implement improvement and efficiency actionsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (HR certification like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD as an advantage)Several years of HR experience, particularly in a strategic HR business partner role supporting multiple locations of an international companyDeep knowledge in Personnel administration, Health & Safety, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation&Benefits, D&IStrong knowledge of Italian/European employment laws, regulations and HR best practicesProven ability to drive change and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives, together with excellent interpersonal and influencing skillsStrong leadership and authority skills, as well as a target-oriented mindsetAbility to build strong relationships and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExcellent knowledge of English and Italian/GermanOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits WHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
