An exciting field of activity is waiting for you - apply today and become part of our Marketing Intelligence Team!Your responsibilities:Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversionsOversee the organization's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistencyIdentify opportunities to enhance automation processes and CRM functionalities to better meet business objectivesIdentify relevant insights for the team and for the different stakeholders in the field of Marketing Automation and share them in a clear, concise and visual wayCoordinate external resources/agenciesYour profile:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics, Computer Sciences or a related fieldAt least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of CRM and Marketing AutomationAnalytical and digital technology interest, excellent communication skills, process-oriented way of thinking, and project management experienceCRM and integration experience, Salesforce ecosystem or Microsoft Dynamics knowledge are recommendedFluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or GermanYour benefits:International and appreciative working environmentModern, progressive workplaceAn individual "Onboarding Program"Continuous personal and professional development in our Dr.
