Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

Join our team at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 as a Global Public Ticketing Coordinator and play a key role in the roll-out of the Global Public Sales and Servicing Strategy for Olympic and Paralympic tickets!

Responsibilities:

 •  Collaborate with MC26 MarComs, Technology, and Ticket Service Provider teams to implement the most optimal ticket purchase experience for consumers.
 •  Support the achievement of all IOC/IPC milestones related to Public ticketing.
 •  Assist in completing and deploying sport-by-sport business plans.
 •  Facilitate sales to targeted sport-focused communities, sport clubs, schools, venue cluster area residents, and social groups.
 •  Roll out Partner collaboration promotional and value-added services initiatives, such as B2B2C presentations and co-marketing initiatives to promote ticket sales through Partner channels.
 •  development and deployment of final stage contingency plans for last minute sales programs, Games-times sales & ticketing related coms

Essential Requirements:

 •  Solid business and interfunctional team skills.
 •  Knowledge of Ticketing processes & systems (B2C & B2B2C), including web and app consumer journeys.
 •  Experience in Ticketing communication and/or support services with a customer care orientation.
 •  Group ticket sales experience, facilitating relationships and actioning programs.
 •  Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
 •  High level of skill with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Desirable Skills:

 •  Contact Center experience.
 •  Experience in digital marketing, CRM, and/or social advertising.
