Hr generalist
Our client represents the local branch (approximately 60 FTE) of a leading multinational industrial company operating in B2B business. We are looking for the: HR GENERALIST
He/She will be responsible to develop and to implement HR strategies and plans that are aligned and integrated with the business and overall organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Work closely with management to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. Actively coach managers in people management practices
• Manage and monitor HR processes: employee relations, implementation of organizational design, Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement agendas, programs and practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations; support rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management in regards to local employment law and legislation changes.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement
• Monthly and annual reporting of personnel costs by cost centre and deviation analysis, and accruals calculation and policy alignment across the business.
Education and Experience:
• progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including staffing, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus
• Fluent in English
