We are looking for a Quality Engineer in order to strengthen our Quality team. You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations.
Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems. Collaborate with of local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.
This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities
• Be the key actor in the management of non-conformity incidents, for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions and suppliers.
• Act as point of reference for Customers in the management of the non-conformities.
• Act as point of reference for Customers during the process audits/visits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures.
• Be responsible to manage all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement.
Your background
• Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of quality control processes & methodologies and of Statistical Analysis.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Positive spirit, proactivity, team working.
• Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
• Experience of 1/2 years in similar roles will be considered a plus.
