For our Client, with more than 1500 employees worldwide, one of the worldwide leaders in selective skincare, and with headquarters based in Swiss, we are looking for a
RETAIL TRAINER
The candidate will represents the Company, its brands and its values reporting to the Education Manager and she/he will establish the coaching process and standards to ensure the quality of execution and tracking to people working in stores.
• Acts as a consultant to people in stores and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
• Drives and elevate the consistency in standards of Luxury Execution
• Ensures the implementation of regional Coaching workflows (i.e. tracking of all coaching activities and follow up action plans)
• Evaluates people performance improvement after each coaching
• Review KPI’s (both individual and store level) together with the Retail teams, and ensure the Coaching plan is aligned with the business objectives
• Partnership with Education Manager to ensure the quality of classroom training delivery to add value to the training
• Provide retail insights to Education Manager, to support training development though operational retail translation
• Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
• 3-5 years experience
• Experience in retail industry(beauty industry, eyewear industry)
• Ability to manage the full training cycle, including conducting in-person activities and using e-learning platforms
• Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to motivate people
• Problem-solving and organisational skills
• Fluent in English
• Availability to travel up to 80%
Location: Rome
The salary package will be commensurate with the actual experience and in any case able to satisfy even the most qualified candidates
