• Processing of sales orders
• Logistics organization
• Management of upload operations from remote locations
• Delivery of waybill and CMR
• Maintaining and updating the estimates of the loading plan in coordination with the technical office ·
• Preparation of sales reports (daily and weekly Italian sales) ·
• Planning of logistics activities according to the orders received in coordination with the technical office.
• Management of customer support services in coordination with the Sales Manager
• Receiving customer complaints in coordination with the Sales Manager
• Creation of sales proposals in coordination with the Sales Manager ·
• Advancing shipping offers with foreign shippers in coordination with the Sales Manager
