In joining, you’ll help clients, among other things, reduce balance sheet stress, generate cash and reduce costs or refinance to find the best source of capital to support their business objectives.
Whatever the solution, we help them manage road blocks until the job is done.Our team provides organizations with pragmatic solutions for financial and operational restructuring and resource management for a swift recovery and sustained future success.
Your work will range from managing cash in distressed situations to restructuring balance sheets and income statements, from advising on capital management to manage stakeholder expectations.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be a high-energy and successful professional with extensive knowledge and experience in restructuring, performance improvement, transaction advisory, and financial & operational due diligence.The appointee will have a wide range of business experience including advisory experience and general management.
The individual will reflect the operational distinctiveness of being a business savvy, solution focused business professional used to having an impact, determined to make a difference and not afraid to challenge the status-quo.The successful candidate will develop and execute jointly with the rest of the Italian senior Turnaround Management team a specific strategy focused on target clients and distinctive go-to-market propositions.
The Senior Manager will autonomously generate and develop commercial opportunities. He will lead cases as team leader, potentially undertaking, on a temporary basis, client’s management positions.The preferred candidate will have:Good advisory experience, ideally developed at international level within a leading consulting firm, supporting private equity and corporateSpecific expertise in leading financial restructuring processes in ItalyGood knowledge of industrial processesProven capability to review internal processes within complex organizationsExperience in supporting cash management and identifying and implementing working capital improvement opportunities and strong track record in the redesign and implementation of short term cash forecasting processes and toolsIn Addition, the Candidate will HaveA developed network across the Italian Financial community within Corporate businesses and the Private Equity populationA proven and, ideally, high profile recent track record of successfully delivering major projects across restructuring, performance improvement and transaction advisoryDemonstrable track record in converting business contacts and leadsClear determination to deliver the latest thinking within a highly competitive advisory marketplaceProven people and market leadership ability coupled with a track record of initiating, building and developing a new businessRobust financial experience and analytical rigorA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university – higher level degrees including Master level are a plusFluency in English and Italian is essential and a third language is considered a plusSoft skillsFlexible and resilient in order to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environmentStrong facilitation skills, forging consensus around credible, executable solutionsPassionate about affecting real changeReads people accurately; can diagnose strengths, weaknesses, and potential; knows what skills are required to fill a job or role; hires the bestExcellent written and oral communications skills, confident and impactful presenterObjective, fact based approach to problem solvingHands-on and non-hierarchical operator who is equally effective in managing up and down and relates well at all levels and culturesDriven by values and integrity, talks straight, builds confidence and leads by exampleThe ability to manage a multiple stakeholder environment within a privately owned businessEducation Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages Travel RequirementsAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?Government Clearance Required?Job Posting End Date
