The Loacker New Channels team is looking for a person passionate in eCommerce and digitalization, eager to nurture social and technical skills together with us, promoting the marketing and sales growth on Marketplaces, Flash sales and other digital channels for the Italian market.Digital Account Manager (w/m/d)YOUR TASKSManaging Marketplaces and Pure Players, defining product ranges, promotional plan, optimizing revenues, rotations, and conciliating the strategy within the Italian marketMonitoring the digital business landscape to plan and execute a development roadmap of new digital players and channelsIdentify and prioritize new players, becoming the account of their business growthStrategic planning of Marketing and ADV Flash Sales campaigns on the relative third-party platforms, supported from the digital Italian teamEnsure on time and qualitative execution of the marketing and promotional plan of the portfolio assignedSupporting the sales workforce on the digitalization of GDO clientsImplementation of successful digital partnerships to reach short and long term objectivesKPI’s analysis and insight generation from the different channels (Modern and Traditional channels, Seasonals…), supporting the Italian team and the Global Marketing TeamOccasional travelsYOUR PROFILEDegree in economics, Business management and/or marketing.
A master in digital marketing represents an advantage3-5 years of experience in a similar role or at least experience with Amazon and in E-Commerce teamsSignificant experience on the digital business execution in medium/ larger companiesAbility to develop and analyze financial / business dataExperience in a digital agency and/or with GDO online players represents an advantageProficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI or similar analytics toolsStrong communication skills: empathic and collaborative person with good verbal and written communication skillsFluent in English and Italian, German is a plusOUR OFFERSupport of a friendly, multidisciplinary, young and open teamA family business cultureContinuous personal and professional development opportunitiesStructured onboarding and training through our Loacker AcademyPossibility to work 1-2 days in Home-OfficeWorkplace: BolzanoIf you are interested in learning new things, working in an international company and want to develop further with these challenging tasks, then we look forward to receiving a meaningful resume and cover letter from you.
