Our company is expanding its Sales and Marketing department. Our ideal candidate has experience managing relationship with international Tier-1 customers in the IT industry. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.

Responsibilities and objectives of the role
• Implement the company's strategy for attracting and engaging new customers in the target markets
• Create and maintain valuable relationships with customer, becoming its main referent for the company
• Define and implement a sales development strategy on assigned customers
• Maximize the profitability of the customers
• Create and promote team work attitude with all the stakeholders (customers, product owners, product managers) involved in the retention activities
• Collaborate with Product Owners to oversee the planning of customers' activities.
• Promote the value stream generated for customers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in implementing acquisition, retention and development strategies with customers
• Experience in selling software and IT services
• Experience in international environments
• Proficient in project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
• Italian and English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
• At least 5 years of experience in the role
Considered as a plus:
• Experience in the gaming industry
• Spanish language
• French language
