Tasks
We are seeking a Software Developer .NET with a strong background in .NET projects and passionate about programming to join 3Brain’s Italian unit. We plan to hire two developers for this role and as part of our growing software team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software solutions.
This position requires coding and maintenance of the software suite.
Main responsibilities:
• Collaborate with fellow software developers, engaging in continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Contribute to data architecture, develop, design, write, and maintain high-quality code in various programming languages. Ensure seamless data flow between the database and backend systems, aiming for optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Participate in deploying model code, data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces to production, and troubleshoot arising issues.
• Adhere to company standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements during the development process.
• Coordinate efforts with other project teams to maintain product integrity.
• Actively engage with the technology stack, demonstrating comprehensive understanding across all layers including front-end, APIs, back-end, server, and network, aligning solutions with business requirements.
• Document technical deliverables through use cases, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the development and/or review of test protocols, ensuring thorough testing of applications before user distribution.
• Collaborate in developing and implementing solutions to address errors, enhance software performance, and improve user experience.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or similar.
• Hands-on experience in each of the following tech: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, GIT, Visual Studio, HTML/CSS and Javascript.
• Experience with software design, architecture, and development methodologies.
• Collaborative problem-solving ability, action-oriented and results-focused.
• We use English to communicate in the office; therefore, comfort with the language is essential.
Additional Qualifications
• Candidates experienced with DevExpress eXpressApp Framework (XAF) are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Agile development methods and with backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA).
