Global IT Buyer
Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Global IT Buyer.
Main Activities:
• Scout market opportunities and seek for reliable suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and carry out qualification process and performance evaluation.
• Perform spend analysis and cost benchmarking.
• Define sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex procurement projects.
• Perform competitive tenders and conduct commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Execute Procure-To-Pay activities.
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure business needs understanding and clear procurement requirements.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2-3 years working experience in the same role in multinational environments.
• Fluent in English.
The person we are looking for also has the following personal characteristics: versatility, reliability, excellent problem-solving skills.
