• As a Customer Advisor fluent in Italian your responsibilities include:
• Guiding viewers through inquiries via phone and/or chat
• Offering account and application support, particularly regarding software functionality
• Providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to system configurations and network settings
• Delivering prompt and accurate responses to viewer inquiries
• Contributing to enhancing brand engagement for our client We're a Great Match if You:
• Are a native or proficient Italian speaker (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
• Have a genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment and media sector
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, empathy, and teamwork
• Possess familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
