The role:

You are enthusiastic and a quick learner with previous sales and business development experience and who possesses very strong communication skills and a proven sales track record.

The role will sit with our Italian division sales team with the responsibility of advising new students and their families enquiring about English language programs in Italy and abroad.

This will involve a very high level of customer service as well as strong sales and target focus to convert initial leads into sales.

Main Responsibilities:

 •  Answering inbound leads coming from a variety of channels.
 •  Present Angloville and its benefits and features
 •  Counsel the customer through all the steps from initial lead to decision making
 •  Close the sale and ensure full payment is received.
 •  Issue pre and post sales documentation to the customer.
 •  Deliver the highest level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
 •  Ensure all communication, activities, administrative tasks, documentation and customer information are recorded and maintained in our CRM.

Additional Duties:

 •  Invite and deliver online information sessions to prospective clients.
 •  Provide assistance with recruitment activities
 •  Co-operate with management and marketing to develop marketing and sales strategies.
 •  Some support with translations and content creation may be required.

Your profile:

 •  Minimum 2 years online sales experience preferably within the education or travel/tourism industry.
 •  Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and target.
 •  Ability to organise your own work.
 •  Fluent in English and Italian.
 •  Tech-savvy
 •  Ability to work independently.

Contracts: Tempo pieno (full time standard national contract) / Contratto con partita IVA. 4 month fixed contract with an intention to become a permanent contract after.

Compensation: €1.500,00 - €2.000,00 a month + bonus. Annual earning potential: €33 000 EUR.
