Job summary
Our client provides retail and wholesale financing solutions and extended coverage products to customers and dealers for their complete line of engines and machinery, gas turbines, marine vessels and other related equipment. Today we are looking for a Contract Administrator for the Milan office, who support various portfolio management efforts.
What you will do:
• Contact customers, dealers, subdealers and Territory Manager.
• Contact sales support
• Preparation and submission of contracts via Docusign
• Exchange of documentation with the distributor, purchase order, equipment delivery document, etc.
• Control of first rentals, invoicing
• Preparation of reports
• Sabatini Business and Fondo Di Garanzia
• Support in Infolease to Oracle system replacement tasks.
Skills, abilities and knowledge that you need to have:
• Knowledge of and ability to apply math computation skills.
• Knowledge of financing and taxation principles.
• Knowledge of and ability to calculate amortization schedules.
• Ability to drive a car or adequately arrange for transportation to and from dealerships, customer sites, etc.
• English at conversational level is required and will be tested during interview process.
• Spanish will be considered as nice to have.
Education, experience:
A 4-year college or University Degree in any discipline is recommended. Previous work experience should be progressively increasing in responsibility and accountability and demonstrate an ability to gain in knowledge, skills, and responsibility such that a level of full competency can be reached.
Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.

Permanent contract
