As CCUS Solution Manager, you will join our Department/Function CCUS Solution Management, in the business line ROIS, conducting the following activities:
CCUS Technology Management
• Post-combustion Carbon Capture technologies assessment for industrial emitters, with focus on solvent-based carbon capture technologies
• Process Design Package development and management for proprietary technology
• Licensor Management for third party technologies implementation in project
• CO2 Management technologies assessment, with focus on CO2 conditioning and liquefaction
• CO2 conditioning and liquefaction Vendor / Licensor management
• Constant cooperation with Technology Innovation function for new technologies evaluation and R&D Program definition aimed at developing feedback on initiatives and market
• Performance Guarantees Management
• Support tendering activities
• Contribution in contract negotiation
CCUS Product Management
• Leading technology industrialization for modular product development
• Management of interface with main stakeholders for industrialization projects and program development (Project Management, Engineering Group, Construction and Fabrication, Tendering and Estimation, Supply Chain)
• Product cost optimization
• Energy consumption minimization through optimization of product integration into site-specific context, with focus on waste-heat recovery
• Technical support to Sales and early engagement
• Client management during the project lifecycle, with focus on the early phases
• Management of industrial partners
• Support to tendering activities
• Environmental regulations
• CCUS Market analysis and Carbon Policies
QUALIFICATION: Master Degree in Chemical Engineer
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10-15
TECHNICAL SKILL: Gas Processing; Process Simulation and H&MB; Interface with specialist for management of the material selection; Energy efficiency optimization; Licensor Management; Technology implementation in EPC project; Machinery and Fired Equipment scenario; Engineering Planning and MH estimation; Performance Guarantees; Stakeholder Management (Technology Innovation Function, Commercial Function, Clients, ect); Support in cost estimate financial modeling.
IT SKILLS: Microsoft Office, Simulation Program (Hysys, Protreat, Promax)
SOFT SKILLS: Motivation, Flexibility, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
