YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESEnhancing the Application engineering organizationEstablishing and developing over the time a good relation with the customers (technical counterparty)Daily management of the customer priorities and assign them to the related Application EngineersGiving a structure to the development of Alpitronic Application Bullettin and supervising contents before releaseKeeping constant alignment among engineers spread over multiple countriesCollaborating with the Project Mamagement Office team and follow the new Alpitronic’s processes ensuring the KPI monitoring related to the technical answer to the customersShortening the response and resolution time for technical questions to increase customer satisfactionBuilding up the team competences for all relevant technical aereas and monitoring the team performanceYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSMaster Degree in electronics or electrical engineering or similarPrevious professional experience in the technical field of support, service, R&D, in a leadership role as wellProfound knowledge of complex and wide organization and multi-disciplinary technical competencesAnalytical thinking, abstraction and modelling skillsStrong proactiveness and autonomous and structured working styleEmpathy, leadership and coaching abilities, ensuring a collaborative environmentExcellent knowledge of English, German and Italian as advantageOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits WHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
