Global Supply Planning Specialist
Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Global Supply Planning Specialist.
Main Activities:
• Attend monthly Supply Review Meetings to assess the feasibility of the 12-month plan;
• Support Capacity Planning cycles for all sites;
• Ensure the feasibility of production plans for each site through regular communication with Supply Chain colleagues;
• Manage Capacity Planning cycles, addressing capacity scenarios and identifying potential constraints;
• Support Customer Service and Service Level processes, ensuring adherence to company procedures;
• Monitor and manage KPIs related to Service Level.
• Manage supply planning system data to ensure an effective process.
• Collaborate with production management to allocate products efficiently and support the investment strategy;
• Work effectively in cross-functional teams to develop optimal solutions.
Requirements:
• Master degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent;
• Proven experience in manufacturing schedule planning;
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and good knowledge of SAP;
• APICS, CPIM or other planning related certification preferred;
• Fluent in English.
