We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Lead to oversee the development of power electronics systems, starting from customer requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in electronics, and the ability to effectively manage projects from conception to completion while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Activities
 •  Lead cross-functional teams in the development of the entire system, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, project timelines, and quality standards.
 •  Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering and understanding their requirements, and translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
 •  Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to define project scope, objectives, and technical specifications.
 •  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
 •  Oversee the design, development, and testing of power electronics systems, including inverters, converters, and control circuits.
 •  Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address technical challenges, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
 •  Communicate project progress, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and customers, through regular meetings and reports.
 •  Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and quality assurance protocols throughout the product development lifecycle.

Place: Gallarate
 •  Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
 •  Proven experience in project management and technical leadership roles, preferably in the development of consumer electronics products.
 •  Background in electronics systems design, including familiarity with inverters, converters, and magnetic components.
 •  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
 •  Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, to drive project execution and deliver results.
 •  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 •  Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for innovation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
 •  Experience with regulatory compliance and certification processes for electronic products is advantageous.
 •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
 •  Leadership qualities, including team-building, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
