AW LAB proposes a wide collection of sneakers of the most famous international sport brands and a wide range of exclusive designs created in collaboration with them. The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.

We are looking for a young talent to join the Marketing Department of AW LAB.

The main objective is to monitoring and managing customers’ feedback in order to improve customers satisfaction.

KEY CHALLENGES AND PROBLEM AREAS:

 •  Managing weekly promotional and product campaign development and deployment following the editorial calendar
 •  Support on the analysis of campaigns performances aiming at optimizing the email channel conversion potential
 •  Develop dedicated CRM training material for stores
 •  Privacy monitoring: Cancellation account (within 30 days of the request)
 •  Building of competitor’s analysis
 •  Analytical skills and analytical thinking
 •  Problem solving
 •  Proactivity
 •  Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and Power Point
 •  Good knowledge of English and Spanish nice to have

LOCATION:

 •  Limena (PD)
 •  Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
