For our Engineering team of Motion Traction Business, we’re looking for a Rams Engineer to manage the activities related to Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety.
This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities
• Reliability Analysis for Auxiliary Converters and Battery Chargers (e.g Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and service affecting failure calculation).
• Maintainability Analysis, creating corrective and preventive maintenance plan and Life Cycle Cost (LCC).
• Development of Failure Mode Effects (and Criticality) Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Safety Analysis to identify the main hazards in Auxiliary Converters and Battery Chargers and manage the related mitigations.
• Knowledge of the main standards for RAMS (like EN50126, IEC 60812, IEC 61025, MIL-217Plus).
• Support the team in the various activities necessary for RAMS analysis.
• Knowledge of EcoDesign topics (REACH, RoHS, UNIFE format for materials declaration).
Your background
• Degree in STEM Disciplines (Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics..).
• 2 years of experience as Rams Engineer.
• Sound knowledge of different LCC format (like Providor or BLESS).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of Italian and English both written and spoken.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
