Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist
The Senior Accounting, Compliance, and Reporting Specialist within the group will oversee various aspects including accounting, financial statements, compliance, reporting, and taxation, leveraging support from an external tax expert. He/She will directly report to the Head of Finance in: Collaborate closely with the Head of Finance to finalize statutory Financial Statements and contribute to Group Consolidated Financial Statements.
Oversee the company's accounting operations and monthly closings. Coordinate monthly closings in partnership with the FP&A department. Prepare periodic reports for submission to the Bank of Italy. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Support the Head of Finance in optimizing accounting processes and procedures. Engage in various projects and take the lead on initiatives independently. Grow professionally within an entrepreneurial environment and collaborate with talented colleagues.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 3-5 years of experience in finance dept. or auditing firms Good working knowledge of OIC (ITA GAAP), IAS/IFRS Preparation of financial statements (preferably from banks) Strong accounting skills and good tax skills (VAT, withholding tax, etc) Flexible, proactive, curious and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills Fluent English speaker Have good computer software skills, Excel and other accounting packages (NetSuite) Big Four Audit background will be a plus CCNL Commercio 14 monthly payments (RAL 45.000 - 50.000€) Ticket Restaurant Smart Working (up to 2 a week) We are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounting & Reporting Specialist role on behalf of a leading fintech company
