Customer Service Assistant
The Customer is one of the world leaders in the distribution of thermoplastic polymers, thermoplastic elastomers and technopolymers.
• Creation of order and activating of corresponding order confirmations and/or order acknowledgement
• Awareness of Target Price Achievement
• Optimize lot sizes (stock awareness), including adjusting the offer/order in line with the current customer agreement
• Assessing the customer creditworthiness in case of open orders/invoices exceeding credit limit
• Utilize sales cockpit to manage ATP checks
• Uploading customer's purchase order to SAP
• Monitor and adapt open orders: scheduling agreements, consignment stocks & volume contracts
• Creation of liability agreements in case of deliveries ahead of schedule
• Provision of customer specific documents
• Customer care (like passing on information regarding deliveries and other issues)
• Update Customer Information in SAP & CRM tool
• Completed commercial apprenticeship/training
• Language skills (English)
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Basic knowledge of plastic materials / industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to build and maintain customer relationships
• Efficient time management and organizational skills
• Able to work proactively on own initiative
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
