Are you fluent in Italian and want to work in the fast paced retail industry? Then' this opportunity is for you! Our client' a multinational BPO company' is looking for a CS advisor to join a modern and youthful team.

Responsibilities
 •  Managing of incoming calls
 •  Identify and access customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
 •  Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
 •  Provide accurate' valid' and complete information by using the methods/tools
 •  Keep records of customer interaction' process customer accounts and file documents
 •  Follow communication procedures' guidelines' and policies Requirements
 •  Native or near to native Italian language (C2)
 •  Very good command of English language (B2
 •  C1) - Good MS Office skills
 •  Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
 •  Excellent communication and presentation skills
 •  Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
 •  Ability to multi-task' prioritize' and manage time effectively Benefits
