For an international online company in the travel sector we are looking for a “Business Intelligence & Data Governance Coordinator” to collaborate with the Unit Manager in leading Data Governance stream for Direct Sales and Online Global Customer Centers, and particularly:
• Analyze Direct Sales and Global Customer Centers business processes (e.g. Guests segmentation, Sales & Service processes, Rewarding model, etc)
• Interact with internal stakeholders (Direct Sales and Customer Centers key-users plus IT Department) in order to collect, prioritize and clarify BI requirements to implemented
• Secure corporate dashboards by guaranteeing a coherent and harmonized reporting view across the Direct Sales Department itself and the whole company
• Produce / support production of internal reporting by PowerBI
• Provide BI support to the whole Direct Sales and Global Customer Centers structure, directly managing the business relationship with internal Management
Requirements:
• Senior experience (at least 3/5+ years) in Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Data modelling and Analytics architectures
• Technical and Business analysis & data management competences required (both back end and front end)
• Previous experiences on PowerBi and QlikView (or similar market tools) is required.
• Basic Knowledge on Software Maintenance and Agile Mothodology (Jira is a plus)
• Autonomous, proactive & solid team-working attitude
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving oriented.
• Ability to organize and meet deadlines.

• Full time contract RAL commensurate with experience.
• 2/3 days of Smart working per week or Relocation
