Quality lead
For Important Multinational Company operating in the food sector
located in Mappano (TO) we are looking for a
Quality Lead Employee
The Quality Lead has the responsibility to implement, monitor, and improve the Quality Management System and improve its Quality culture.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Promoting and developing a quality culture within the production site
2. Training and informing personnel with regards to the Quality systems adopted by the site
3. Preparing documentation for the Quality Management System
4. Planning and conducting internal audits and checks to ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with the documentation
5. Acting as the first point of contact for auditing bodies, ASL, certification bodies, following audits and providing all documentation needed when required by 3rd parties
6. Setting up improvement plans, based on historical data, to achieve needed quality standards
7. Owning and targeting the reduction of costs of non-quality/incidents related to Quality
8. Managing the Quality team
Skills required:
1. Ability to collaborate with teams
2. Fluent in Italian and English
3. Experience in Quality
4. Experience in food production/HACCP
