• Gestione e miglioramento del team, giocando un ruolo essenziale nel creare il giusto clima di collaborazione e cooperazione interno ed esterno
• Parte attiva nel processo di definizione e miglioramento continuo delle tecniche di gestione progetto all’interno del team e dell’Azienda
• Laura Magistrale in Ingegneria (Elettronica, Telecomunicazioni, Areospaziale)
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato)
• Esperienza precedente come Project Manager in aziende ad alta tecnologia
• Forti competenze di leadership
