Performs day to day processing of HR requests related to multiple service lines with a major focus on Employee Life Cycle, compensation and payroll. Provide appropriate support for internal customers, and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.
This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities
• Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
• Supports employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool).
• Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.
• Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services.
• Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems. Provides on-demand reports related to the process, where required.
• Supports the team on ad hoc activities.
Your background
• A bachelor's degree.
• Interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function.
• Microsoft Office and SAP (preferable) skills.
• Fluent business English.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Analytical skills and good attention to details.
• A customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can do” attitude.
