W&H Sterilization is a leading manufacturer of medical devices, part of a multinational group with one of its production sites in Brusaporto (BG).
To optimize company processes and strengthen our Marketing Team, we are looking for a Junior Marketing & Communication Specialist.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES
We?d welcome applications from native Italian speaker candidates with fluent English and degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing and/or Business Communication. Basic skills and interests in content writing and social media management; creating and editing contents with principal graphic tools; organizing events and trade fairs.
It is important for us to share an international mindset, focusing on the project, method and team working. The right candidate would have enthusiasm and strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal/external colleagues/clients to ensure efficacy in groups and individually.
We are looking for full-time availability, working mainly in the Company.
WHAT YOU?LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE
As part of Marketing team in Italy and working closely with the corporate Marketing team in Austria, this person will transmit W&H values and strategies, enhancing communication at our Italy site. In particular this person will be an active part in projects and activities such as: social media, news & PR management together with partners and external communication agencies, internal and external events and exhibition planning support; communication strategy, report and KPI definition and implementation; support to the HR Team for employer branding, engagement and acquisition activities; active participation to the internal WHP Team (Workplace Health Promotion).
