Other responsibilities will be ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room and assisting guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, adding your personal recommendations and touches in order to provide our guests the highest levels of service excellence.
Our Ideal Guest Services Agent candidate will have:Previous Front Office experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach.This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal.
You must possess a valid driving licence and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
