We are a rapidly growing dynamic international company within the green tech circular economy industry. We are searching for an experienced and structured logistics /operational employee for one of our subsidiary offices based in Rome. Together with our current Italian team you will contribute to securing efficient and timely deliveries throughout Europe.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for overviewing and coordinating the daily logistics and operations of several international projects
• Responsible for overviewing and coordinating shipments in liner containers
• Involvement in handling bulk ship operations from Italy to the Nordic region
• Involvement in overviewing and coordinating railway shipments
• Document and procedural management in connection with operational logistics
• Daily contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordination of logistics and operational tasks with customers, hubs and carriers
• Process definition and ongoing optimisation
• Administration of projects - including where required order management
• Various ad hoc tasks within the logistics, operations and freight forwarding area
• Involvement in the development of logistics, operations and freight forwarding areas
• Actively participating with the financial monthly review
