YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAddress the project needs and implement the EMC concept, supported by preliminary calculations and best practicesVerify the EMC concept implementation through internal coordination with other R&D departments and design reviewsAnalyse the EMC standard to define EMC requirements at project level (system or sub-system)Perform preliminary calculation of the EMC behaviour with simple circuital model using Ansys Circuit DesignerDesign the EMI filters (for HV and LV), including component selection/schematicPerform and coordinate the debug phase activitiesVerify the correct execution of the EMC validation (setup and results) assisting the test phasesPrepare EMC related project documentation (e.g. debug test report, compliance matrix coverage)Improve the design according to requirements and costsFollow and support the change request processesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in electrical or electronics engineeringAbility to read and understand electronic circuit diagrams and layoutsKnowledge of the EMC standardStrong experience in EMC filter design for power electronics application, including HW, PCB layout and mechanical partsStrong experience in EMC debug test methodologies and workflowGood skills in handling EMC measurement equipment (VNA, LCR meter, EMI receiver, LISN and Antennas)Good experience with Circuital EMC simulations (knowledge of Ansys Circuit Designer is a plus) and basic experience with EMC simulation methodology and tools (frequency, transient, 2.5D, 3D, SIwave, HFSS)Ability to think at a system level, to understand the links between EMC results (simulation and test), product design and setupProfessional experience in a similar position is a plusSelf-reliant, meticolous work-style and analytical mindsetFluent English, Italian and/or German knowledge is an advantageOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits WHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting-edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
