Collaborate with the Sales Manager to oversee and lead commercial negotiations. Proactively scout and identify new business opportunities, with a focus on acquiring new customers (80% of daily activity). Participate in sales events, matching, and meetings with clients to enhance business relationships.
Spearhead the strategic development initiatives for the central-southern areas of Italy. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market presence and reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners in the designated regions.
Analyze market trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and achieve growth targets. your profile Bachelor degree (business administration or engineer discipline) or industry equivalent experience Exhibit a proactive and professional approach to work, showcasing your ability to manage time independently.
