We are looking for a Director of Sales (M/F) for 3 properties managed by Shaner Ciocco Srl: the Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco Resort & Spa, a 4 stars Superior Resort located in Media Valle del Serchio , 30 minutes from Lucca and 45 minutes from Pisa airport (Tuscany), the Autograph Collection Grand Universe, a 4 star Boutique Hotel and Grand Universe La Residenza located in Lucca downtown.
The person joining this position, reporting to the Managing Director of Sales & Marketing , will be responsible of all hotels services sales and promotion for all properties, enabling the company to meet and/or exceed revenue goals in rooms, food and beverage, Meetings & events.
Main responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to exceed financial results
• Drive market share , customer satisfactions , employee loyalty and brand strength for the hotels .
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to effectively manage the different sales channels.
• Utilizes on property sales resources and leverages all properties sales engines to deliver results.
• Ensure the development of a strategic account plans for the demand generators in the market.
• Deploy sales team against appropriate market segments.
• Conduct sales calls, prospecting class , site inspections .
• Adhere to the Company’s procedures and rules.
Requirments:
• At least 3 to 5 years in a sales Director role.
• Creative and innovative approach to sales activities.
• Reading , writing and oral good knowledge in English.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Flexible and ready to move on a regular basis.
Contract conditions:
• Limited or Permanent employment contract.
• Remuneration in line with the level of responsibility and the candidate profile.
• Incentive plan system based on measurable and achievable goals.
• Based in Barga or Lucca.
