Randstad Professionals is specialized in the search and selection of Middle & Senior Management profiles. For a multinational company operating in the automotive sector, we are looking for a:
EHS MANAGER - RSPP
POSITION SUMMARY:
The EHS Manager & RSPP will report to the Plant Manager and shall have full responsibility for all the activities related to the Health, Environment and Safety system, providing technical and legal support and coordinating an EHS specialist.
He/she will also manage, coordinate and monitor Prevention and Protection protocols and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the management and compliance with the Safety, Healthcare and Environment aspects of the logistics hub;
• Define, maintain and implement the operational procedures related to EHS objectives and improvement actions;
• Ensure the implementation and certification of EHS Management Systems according to ISO45001;
• Define and implement the policies aimed at spreading the safety culture in the company, including the internal training;
• Carry out internal audits to verify proper implementation of standards and guidelines concerning EHS aspects;
• Ensure the proper collection and processing of data for reporting activities relating to accidents, occupational diseases, and data related to sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Technical disciplines;
• At least 3/5 years of working experience in EHS in medium-big companies and/or in EHS consulting companies;
• Deep knowledge of Environmental and Safety legislations and practices;
• Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Flexibility, teamwork attitude, good analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Good communication, relation and decision-making skills.
LOCATION: Northern Turin
According to current legislation, the job offer is for both sexes (L. 903/77). The data will be processed and kept exclusively for present and future selection purposes, guaranteeing the rights set out in art. 7 and 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 on the Protection of Privacy.
