As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Team Leader Sales.
BIOMETiC is part of the MiCROTEC group as its Food&Fruit division. As the Sales Team Leader for Food and Fruit Scanning Technology, you will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition within the food industry.

Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in business development, identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships to enhance BIOMETiC's position in the market. You will build and manage a high-performing sales team while establishing and nurturing key relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders in the food and fruit sector.Your tasksDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the food and fruit scanning technology spaceLead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed sales targetsDrive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales and marketing organizationIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and fruit industry to expand the company's market share, also through the identification, evaluation and negotiation of potential strategic partnershipsEstablish and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry influencersCollaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market needsWork closely with clients to understand their challenges, understanding customer requirements and ensuring customer satisfactionBe responsible for sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processesImplement and optimize sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectivenessYour profileMaster degree in Business Administration Marketing or Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technology solutions for the industryProven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in technology solutionsStrong understanding of scanning technology and its applications in the food industry is an advantageExcellent leadership and team management skillsOutstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesStrategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a dynamic and competitive marketProficiency in both Italian and English.
