Sales manager - new units sales

We are looking for aSALES MANAGER – New Units SalesAs New Units Sales Manager for Italy and South Europe, he/she will be responsible for the development, offering and negotiation up to contract signature and hand over to project management team for the assigned area or customers.He/she will report directly to the Area Sales Director Italy, Mediterranean, South Europe and Africa.Main Responsibilities
From pre-acquisition over acquisition and tendering to negotiation and handover to execution you will lead sales projects on an international basis; Develop customized solutions with the support of our tender and engineering organization; Work in close cooperation with the commercial team to collect all the information needed to prepare competitive offers; Represent the sales projects and Ansaldo Energia externally and drive the sales projects along internal processes with special focus on selling strategy, contract negotiation and risk management.RequirementsBachelor or Master degree in engineering, or business administration along with several years of experience in offering and selling large complex products or solutions; Proven experience in commercial and technical negotiations of large-scale projects; Knowledge of power plants technology, main products such as gas turbines, steam turbines and generators; Ability to work within international teams, under pressure and in challenging situations; Willingness to travel; Excellent knowledge of English, preferably Italian as mother language.Location Genoa or Milan.
